Hidden Value Advisory (“we”) runs hiddenvalueadvisory.com. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you email us or use our contact form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, firm name, firm type, firm size, phone number and message. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, to assess whether your firm may meet a data buyer’s criteria, and, if you ask us to, to help you apply. We do not sell your contact information.

Referral relationship

If your firm applies to and works with a data buyer through us, the buyer may pay Hidden Value Advisory a referral fee. Your firm pays nothing. We share your details with a buyer only when you ask us to help you apply.

Your files

We do not ask you to send us your firm’s records. Any licensing arrangement is directly between your firm and the buyer.

Service providers

Form messages are delivered by email through our hosting and email providers. These providers process data on our behalf.
